I'm a clinical psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques for anxiety, stress, and OCD in women. I have over ten years of clinical experience. I love working with people in my individual therapy practice, but there is a limit to the hours I have in a week. Although these courses are no substitute for therapy, by creating courses on how to use therapy skills to decrease stress, anxiety, and depression and boost happiness and well-being, I can provide information to women like you all around the country.
By joining MindWander you'll get information on the same therapy skills I teach my in person clients. You'll work through targeted, easy to understand courses focused on specific concerns and skills, like sleeping better, decreasing worry, and boosting optimism. Hands on worksheets, exercises, and activities help you make real progress. These courses are embedded in a nation wide community of women working on the same skills with you. By giving and getting support, advice, and accountability from other members you can super charge your results.
